Pavel Cagaš (born October 30, 1963 in Brno ) is a former Czech ice hockey goalkeeper who played in the German Ice Hockey League for the Kassel Huskies , Adler Mannheim and Hannover Scorpions .

Player career

The goalie began his career at HC Vitkovice in the first division of Czechoslovakia , on the German ice hockey stage he appeared for the first time as the goalkeeper of the Kassel Huskies, for whom he was between the posts from 1996 to 1998 . First Cagas returned to his homeland, during the 1998/99 season he then moved from HC Opava to Adler Mannheim, for which he played all play-off games and with whom he finally became German champion . Again Cagas moved to the Czech Republic, this time to HC Femax Havířov , but already during the 1999/00 season he was involved with the Hannover Scorpions, for which he played 75 games by 2001 .

In the 2001/02 season Pavel Cagas played again for HC Havířov, but then ended his career in 2003 with the German second division REV Bremerhaven .

The end of his career did not last long. In the 2004/2005 season he guarded the gate of Braunlager SC / Harz in the Regionalliga Nord / Ost.
