Cai Zhenhua
Cai Zhenhua (born September 3, 1961 in Wuxi ) is a Chinese table tennis player , trainer and official. He became a four-time world champion in the early 1980s.

Cai Zhenhua is left-handed. He took part in the world championships in 1981 , 1983 and 1985 and won at least one title each time: 1981 in doubles with Li Zhenshi and with the Chinese men's team, 1983 with the team and 1985 in mixed with Cao Yanhua . In singles, he reached the final in 1981 and 1983, which he lost to Guo Yuehua . There are also two bronze medals, mixed with Cao Yanhua in 1983 and doubles with Jiang Jialiang in 1985 .
He also won several titles at the Asian Championships . In 1980 and 1982 he won with the team, in 1982 he was also Asian champion in the individual. In doubles he reached the final in 1980 (with Shi Zhihao ) and 1982 (with Jiang Jialiang).
In the ITTF world rankings he was ranked first in 1984. In 2010 he was inducted into the ITTF Hall of Fame .
Trainer and functionary
Cai Zhenhua coached the Italian national team from 1985 to 1989. He then returned to China and became national coach there. In 1991 he was promoted to head coach.
In 2004 he stopped his coaching activity and became director of the administrative center for table tennis and badminton. In 2009 he replaced Li Furong as president of the Asian TT association ATTU. In 2010 he also took on responsibility for Chinese football. In 2018 he was elected Vice President of the All-China Trade Union Confederation ACGB .

Cai Zhenhua is shown on a postage stamp of the Swedish Post for 3.20 Swedish crowns, which was issued for the 1985 Table Tennis World Championships in Gothenburg on March 14, 1985 ( Michel no. 1327).
