Camilo Miettinen (born March 1, 1986 in Medellín , Colombia ) is a Finnish ice hockey and inline hockey player who has been under contract with IK Oskarshamn in HockeyAllsvenskan since summer 2014 .

Career

Camil Miettinen began his career as a hockey player in the youth of the Espoo Blues , for which he made his debut in the SM-liiga in the 2006/07 season , scoring a goal in two games in his rookie year . In the following season the attacker was runner-up with the Blues and was also on the ice for Kiekko-Vantaa and HC Salamat from the second-class Mestis . Also in the 2008/09 season Miettinen played alongside the blues for the second division SaPKo Savonlinna and TuTo Turku .

In January 2013, Miettinen was initially loaned to TPS Turku and moved permanently to TPS in the course of the year.

International

The native Colombian represented Finland's national inline hockey team at the IIHF Inline Hockey World Championship 2009 in Germany on the international stage . After losing in the semifinals and playing for third place, the team finished fourth. Miettinen scored four goals in six tournament games.
