According to the regulations, the team's yacht belongs to the VO70 class. She was designed by Marcelino Botin and built at the Cookson Boats shipyard in New Zealand. The maiden voyage in the Hauraki Gulf took place on April 11, 2011 . The mast comes from Southern Spars and is equipped with sails from North Sails .

Sponsors

The main and title sponsor of the team is the Spanish shoe manufacturer Camper . Another partner is Team New Zealand , which is also active in the America's Cup and is supported by the Emirates airline and the tourism and business associations of New Zealand .
