The Campionato Sammarinese di Calcio 1989/90 was the fifth season of the San Marinese football league . The four best teams after a round-trip round and the two best of the A2 series played for the title in a master playoff.

The SP La Fiorita won the second title after 1987 with a final victory over the SS Cosmos , and the last one in the club's history (as of 2013).

    Master playoff

    In addition to the four best teams in the regular season, the two best teams in the A2 series, SS Montevito and SS Cosmos , were eligible to start in the master playoff. These two teams also rose to the first division in the next season . The master playoff was played in the double knockout system .
