repertoire

The fixed eight-part division and the practiced preparatory study enable the choir to work out a larger program at a high level in short and intensive rehearsal phases. The program changes annually and consists of larger coherent works (Misa Tango, Missa Pater Noster, Suite de Lorca, Missa Afro-Brasileira) as well as individual pieces or excerpts from larger works. Most composers from the 20th and 21st centuries such as Eric Whitacre , Rudolf Mauersberger , Einojuhani Rautavaara , Francis Poulenc , Claude Debussy , Franz M. Herzog or Moses Hogan predominate in the selection . Works by older masters such as Claudio Monteverdi , Jacobus Gallus or Antonio Lotti are performed less often .
