Carl Ausfeld

Carl Ausfeld (born August 17, 1814 in Schnepfenthal , Thuringia , † January 22, 1900 in Siebleben , Thuringia) was a German judge . Before and after the founding of the German Empire , he was a member of the Reichstag .

Life

Ausfeld attended the Illustre grammar school in Gotha from 1829 to 1832 and studied political , camera and law in Jena from 1832 to 1836. There he was a member of the Jena fraternity . From 1838 he was a judicial officer. From 1854 to 1858 he was in the financial administration and from 1859 to 1869 a single judge in Waltershausen . In 1869 he was appointed a member of the Jena Higher Appeal Court . He was a co-founder of the commercial banks in Gotha and Waltershausen.

From 1850 to 1852 and 1857 to 1858 he was a member of the Gotha Landtag , and from 1881 to 1882 of the Weimar Landtag. He was a member of the Reichstag of the North German Confederation from 1867 to December 30, 1868.

From 1874 to 1877 and from 1881 to 1887 he sat in the Reichstag (German Empire), first for the German Progressive Party (DFP) and Gotha, then for the German Liberal Party and Weimar.
