Carl Friedrich Richter

Carl Friedrich Richter (* 1701 in Berlin ; † October 8, 1766 there ) was a German builder and Baroque architect .

Life

Under the Prussian kings Friedrich Wilhelm I and Frederick the Great, Carl Friedrich Richter was presumably only active in Berlin in the rank of building conductor as a builder and architect. Little has been known about Richter's work, which is attributed to the successor to Schlüter . Two of his buildings were among the sights of Berlin until they were destroyed in World War II .
