Carla Romanelli
Carla Romanelli (born August 23, 1949 in Arezzo ) is an Italian actress .
Life
Carla Romanelli began without acting training in the late 1960s with some nude roles in erotic films ( Lesbos - High School of Love , 1969) and erotic comedies such as the Greek film Erotas dihos synora , 1970. Carla Romanelli had her first major role in 1972 in the sex comedy Una cavalla tutta nuda ( The Naked Mare ), in which she showed naked skin as a lustful pampinea alongside Don Backy , Renzo Montagnani , Pietro Torrisi and Barbara Bouchet . In the spaghetti western The Man with the Ball Whip she played alongside Chen Lee and Klaus Kinski .
In 1974 she played Maria alongside Max von Sydow , Dominique Sanda and Pierre Clémenti in the Hermann Hesse film adaptation of The Steppenwolf . It was her first artistically relevant film, which was followed by titles like the sex comedy Operation Failed - Patient Lives with Ursula Andress and Duilio del Prete and a tiny appearance in Casanova & Co. with Tony Curtis . On television followed in 1979 the main female role of Mercédès alongside Jacques Weber in the four-part play The Count of Monte Christo and in 1980 her best-known role as Gina, one of the bed playmates of Jean-Paul Belmondo in the comedy The Puppeteer . Her last major film was 1983 Career Through All Beds with Pia Zadora , who is one of the worst films of all time with eleven nominations for the Golden Raspberry and the award for Worst Film of the Year . A year later, Romanelli retired from the film business.
