Carmengloria Morales

Carmengloria Morales (* 1942 in Santiago de Chile ) is a Chilean-Italian painter . She lives and works in Italy .

life and work

Morales was born in Chile and has lived in Italy since the 1950s. In 1961 she moved to Rome, now she lives in Viterbo .

She studied art in Milan and learned to appreciate the monochrome painting of Lucio Fontana , Piero Manzoni and Mark Rothko .

Since 1971 she has preferred to work with diptychs , round and oval formats.
