The Casabianca (S603) is a tactical nuclear submarine of the French Navy . Its original name was Bourgogne . However, it was later renamed after the French submarine Casabianca , which was successful in World War II . The name can be traced back to the Napoleonic naval officer Luc-Julien-Joseph Casabianca . The Casabianca is the third boat in the Rubis class .
