Demographics
In the 2000 census , there were 175 people, 79 households, and 48 resident families in the city. The population density was 93.8 people / km² (243.0 people / mi²). There were 81 housings with an average density of 43.4 / km² (112.5 / mi²). 95.43% of the population were white, 2.29% were from another race, and 2.29% were from two or more races. Hispanics and Latinos, from all possible backgrounds, came in at 4.00%.
Of the 79 households, 24.1% had children under the age of 18 still living with the family, 49.4% were married, 7.6% were single women, and 39.2% were non-families. 30.4% were only 1-person apartments and 11.4% were inhabited by a single person over 65 years of age. The average size of households was 2.22 rooms and the average family size was 2.69 people.
