Chatillon-en-Diois is a village and a former French community with 554 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Drôme in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . It belonged to the arrondissement of Die and the canton of Le Diois .

With effect from January 1, 2019, the former municipalities of Châtillon-en-Diois and Treschenu-Creyers were merged to form the Commune nouvelle Châtillon-en-Diois of the same name , where they have the status of a Commune déléguée . The administrative headquarters are in Châtillon-en-Diois.
