Boulc is a community of several hamlets with 134 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) to the east of the department Drôme in the southern French region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016 Rhône-Alpes ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Die and the canton of Le Diois (until 2015 Châtillon-en-Diois ). The inhabitants are called Boulcois .

Boulc is about 55 kilometers southeast of Valence . Boulc is surrounded by the neighboring communities Treschenu-Creyers in the north, Glandage in the north and northeast, Saint-Julien-en-Beauchêne in the east, Montbrand in the southeast, Val-Maravel in the south, Lesches-en-Diois in the southwest, Miscon in the west, Menglon to the west and northwest and Châtillon-en-Diois to the northwest.
