Rochefourchat is a commune in the French department of Drôme in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . The municipality has 1 inhabitant (January 1st, 2017) and is thus, apart from some of the municipalities in Lorraine that were destroyed and abandoned during the First World War, the smallest municipality in France in terms of population.
