Chammes is a town and commune Déléguée in the French commune of Sainte-Suzanne-et-Chammes with 349 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in Mayenne in the region Pays de la Loire . The inhabitants are called Camélésiens .

The municipality of Chammes merged with Sainte-Suzanne on January 1, 2016 to form the Commune nouvelle Sainte-Suzanne-et-Chammes . It belonged to the arrondissement of Laval and the canton of Meslay-du-Maine (until 2015: canton of Sainte-Suzanne ).
