The Changan CS95 is a sport utility vehicle of the Chinese automaker Changan Automobile brand Changan .

history

The vehicle debuted as a near-production concept vehicle at the Beijing Auto Show in April 2016. The production vehicle was launched in March 2017 on the Chinese market. It has five seats as standard, and is optionally available as a seven-seater. Except for the name, the vehicle has nothing in common with the Changan CS95 Concept , which was presented at the Shanghai Auto Show in April 2013. In April 2019, a revised version of the SUV was presented.

Competitive models of the CS95 include the Trumpchi GS8 and the Haval H8 .

Technical specifications

The vehicle is powered by a charged two-liter gasoline engine with 171 kW (232 hp). This drive is also used in the Changan CS85 .
