The Changan CS85 is a crossover of a sport utility vehicle and a coupé from the Chinese car manufacturer Chongqing Changan Automobile Company of the Changan brand .

history

The vehicle debuted at the Guangzhou Auto Show in November 2018. The car has been on sale in China since early 2019. Technically, it is based on the Changan CS75 .

The dimensions of the CS85 are similar to those of the Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupé and the BMW X4 .

Technical specifications

At the market launch, the vehicle was powered by the two-liter gasoline engine with 171 kW (232 hp) charged from the larger Changan CS95 . The 8- speed automatic transmission comes from Aisin Seiki . Since June 2019, a turbocharged 1.5-liter gasoline engine with 131 kW (178 hp) and a 7-speed dual clutch transmission has been added to the model range.
