The Changan CS35 Plus is a compact SUV from the Chinese automobile manufacturer Chongqing Changan Automobile Company of the Changan brand , which is positioned between the CS35 and the CS55 .
history
The vehicle debuted at the Chengdu Motor Show in August 2018 . It has been on sale in China since October 2018.
The design came from the Group's Italian design studio in Turin, Changan Design Center Europe, under the direction of SUV Platform Design Director Bertrand Bach, interior design manager Claas Connor, and interior design manager Fabio Miniabi.
Technical specifications
The CS35 Plus is powered by a 1.6-liter petrol engine with 94 kW (128 PS). It has a 5-speed manual transmission as standard, a 6- speed automatic transmission from Aisin is available at an additional cost . Four-wheel drive is not available. In summer 2019, a turbocharged 1.4-liter gasoline engine with 116 kW (158 hp) added to the range.
