Charles Wesley Turnbull
Charles Wesley Turnbull (* 5. February 1935 in Charlotte Amalie , St. Thomas ) is one of the US Virgin Islands originating politicians . He is a member of the Democratic Party and was Governor of the US Virgin Islands from January 4, 1999 to January 3, 2007. Successor was John de Jongh , who won the gubernatorial election on November 7, 2006.
