Cherona was a German pop band- which by the 2009 Star Diary of Super RTL has been known.
Band history
The band casting took place in December 2008 in Germany , Belgium and the Netherlands . The 30 best participants were invited to Cologne, where the final composition was decided. The first album, Sound of Cherona , was created in the Elephant Music Studios in Flensburg and was produced by Mark Nissen, Annett and Hardy Krech, who already worked successfully for Highland and the Hermes House Band .
From April 20, 2009 to July 10, 2009 Cherona was featured in the Star Diary on Super RTL. The first single, Ching Chang Chong , was released on April 24, 2009 and rose to number 36 in Germany. The second single, Rigga-Ding-Dong-Song , a cover version of Passion Fruit , was released on July 10, 2009 , which like the first publication comes from the album Sound of Cherona .
At the Echo Awards 2010 , the band was nominated for the ECHO in the Newcomer of the Year (national) category.
The band has not existed since the end of 2009. In addition, Vicky was a solo artist under the name Vicky Chase and was on the 2010 Toggo Tour. Vicky has been working with various new producers since 2011 and is continuing her career in this way.
In 2012 David Petters was on the ninth season of the RTL casting show Deutschland sucht den Superstar .
