Poker career

Lim has been participating in renowned live tournaments since 2014 .

His first live cash prizes won Lim exclusively to poker tournaments in the variant No-Limit Hold'em in Macau . At the end of August 2018, he finished fifth at a side event of the European Poker Tour (EPT) in Barcelona and received 175,600 euros . At the beginning of August 2019, Lim took eleventh place at the Triton Million for Charity in London , the most expensive poker tournament in the world to date with a buy-in of one million pounds , which is worth more than 1.3 million US dollars . He then reached the final table at the same place in two tournaments of the Triton Super High Roller Series and secured prize money equivalent to around 560,000 US dollars.
