The Chislawitschski rajon ( Russian Хиславичский район ) is a Rajon in the Smolensk Oblast in Russia . It is located in the very southwest of the oblast. 9,900 inhabitants (2010) live on an area of ​​1161 km². The administrative center of the Rajons is Chislavichi , an urban-type settlement with about 4,300 inhabitants (2010).
