Christian Rosenau

Christian Rosenau (born February 11, 1980 in Weimar ) is a German poet and musician .

Life

Christian Rosenau studied at the Liszt University of Music in Weimar. He works as a freelance musician and music teacher . Since 2005 he has published several volumes of poetry, some of them as long poems with polyphonic text in parallel columns . Shorter texts have appeared in literary magazines and anthologies . a. in the yearbook of poetry , accents and sense and form .

Rosenau has received various prizes and author grants for his literary work . He lives and works in Weimar and Coburg .

As a musician, Rosenau has contributed to the recording of songs by the metal band Die Apokalyptischen Reiter . He is the founder of the progressive rock band Revolutions Per Minute .
