Christian Schönmoser (born May 14, 1979 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen ) is a former German ice hockey player who played in the DEL for the SC Riessersee and the Nürnberg Ice Tigers as well as in the 2nd Bundesliga for the Straubing Tigers , the ETC Crimmitschau and the SC Bietigheim -Bissingen was active.

Career

Christian Schönmoser began his career in 1994 with the SC Riessersee juniors and played for the first team for another two years from the 1995/96 season. In addition to the stations EC Peiting (1st League South) and the South Surrey Eagles ( BCJHL ), he moved to the 1999/2000 season in the DEL to the Nürnberg Ice Tigers , for which he defended five seasons. Schönmoser came to the 2nd Bundesliga in 2004, when he was signed by the Straubing Tigers and a year later by SC Bietigheim-Bissingen .

From the 2007/08 season Schönmoser plays for the ETC Crimmitschau . After the 2008/09 season , the contract with the defender was no longer extended and he signed with the upper division Starbulls Rosenheim .
