Christl Erber (born April 6, 1940 in Vienna ) is a now inactive Austrian actress on stage, film and television.

Live and act

Erber began her stage career immediately after the Second World War, when she stood on the boards for the first time at the age of five. At the age of twelve she had already conquered the theater in der Josefstadt (including in 1953 in the play Southern Fruits alongside Helmut Lohner ), and at the age of 15 she was the youngest professional actress in the Burg . Another year later, in 1956, Christl Erber got the third leading role of the daughter of Hermann Erhardt and Olga von Togni in the home film Who Loves Home .

Subsequently (since 1958) the Viennese woman was mainly seen in TV film productions before she completely stopped working in front of the camera in the 1970s. Instead, she returned to the stage (e.g. Fritz Rémond Theater in the Zoo in Frankfurt am Main, Deutsches Theater in Munich, Ernst Deutsch Theater in Hamburg, Bavarian State Theater in Munich). Christl Erber was married to the architect and graduate engineer Raimund Beil.
