Christoph Brümmer

Christoph Brümmer (born January 6, 1943 in Hessenhagen , Templin district ) is a German diplomat and was Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in Bangkok , Thailand from August 2005 to October 2008 .

Brümmer grew up in Hamburg. He is married and has three grown daughters.

Life

He joined the Foreign Service in 1971. Until 1973 he was in the diplomatic preparatory service in Bonn and Marseille .

From 2001 to 2005 he was the German ambassador in Islamabad , Pakistan.
