List of German ambassadors in Thailand
The list of German ambassadors in Thailand contains the highest-ranking diplomatic representatives of the German Reich and the Federal Republic of Germany in Thailand . The embassy is based in Bangkok .
There were consular representations in Bangkok as early as 1888. The diplomatic mission has since 1888-1908 by resident minister, from 1908 to 1956 by extraordinary envoy and plénipotentiaire Ministre and passed through Ambassador since 1956th From 1957 to 1975 he was accredited in Vientiane , Laos .
