The list of German ambassadors in Ethiopia contains the ambassadors of the German Reich and the Federal Republic of Germany in Ethiopia . The embassy is based in Addis Ababa .

In addition, there were connections to Djibouti through the ambassador in Addis Ababa until 2010 .
