Christoph Engel (model)
Christoph Engel (born March 22, 1974 in Basel ) was Mister Switzerland of the Year 2002 .
Engel comes from the canton of Bern . After four years of primary and five years of secondary school, he completed a commercial apprenticeship at the Swiss Accident Insurance Fund (Suva). From 1995 to 1998 he attended the HWV Bern Higher School of Economics and Administration , which he qualified as a federal dipl. Graduated from HWV in business administration. From 2008 to 2010 he completed training in structural integration ( Rolfing ) in Munich . He has been running an alternative medicine practice in Bern since 2010 .
Engel has been practicing traditional Shōtōkan Karate according to Tsutomu Ohshima Sensei since 1990 and is currently the holder of the 2nd Dan (martial arts) . He also has extensive experience in Aikido , Kendo , Systema , Wing Tsun and boxing .
His hobbies include skiing and cycling - the latter both in terrain and on the road .
