Claus Henning von Köller

Claus Henning von Köller (born July 23, 1874 in Reckow , Cammin district ; † May 5, 1937 in Berlin-Charlottenburg ) was a German administrative lawyer , district administrator and manor owner.

Life

Claus Henning von Köller was a nephew of Ernst von Köller and Georg von Köller . After graduating from high school in Treptow at Rega , he studied law at the University of Lausanne , the Ruprecht-Karls-University of Heidelberg , the Hessian Ludwigs-University and the Friedrichs-Universität Halle . In 1894 he became a member of the Corps Saxo-Borussia Heidelberg . In the same year he also joined the Corps Starkenburgia . After the first state examination , he worked as a court trainee in Schkeuditz and Halberstadt and as a government trainee in Schleswig , Wandsbek and Wiesbaden . After passing the second state examination, he worked from 1904 to 1908 as a government assessor at the Saarlouis district office and the government in Poznan . In 1908 he was appointed District Administrator of Obornik County in Poznan. He later became an assistant to the Prussian State Commissioner for People's Nutrition. Köller resigned from the civil service in 1920 and devoted himself to his manors in Hoff and Ninikow .

Von Köller was director of the Association of Pomeranian Agricultural Cooperatives in Stettin and the Dairy Association of the Province of Pomerania , Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Pomeranian State Cooperative Fund in Stettin, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Sales Association of North German Dairies and the Association of Pommerscher Meiereien AG in Berlin, member of the supervisory board and the General assembly of the Deutsche Rentenbank and member of the institutional assembly of the Deutsche Rentenbank-Kreditanstalt and the Pomeranian Chamber of Agriculture . He was a captain . D. the Landwehr .

From 1926 to 1929 von Köller was a member of the Prussian State Council .
