Cock and Ball Torture
Under Cock and Ball Torture (Engl. For penis and testicles torture ) or abbreviated CBT refers to the sexual , lustful and painful stimulation of the penis and scrotum . It is a consensual sexual variety of BDSM and not torture in an ethical sense.
