The Comarch Software und Beratung AG (formerly SoftM Software und Beratung AG ), headquartered in Munich, is a provider of IT solutions for SMEs. The parent company is Comarch SA , headquartered in Krakow . The company is listed on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
history
The company was created through a change of name in June 2010 from SoftM Software und Beratung AG. This was founded in 1973 and listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in 1998.
Comarch SA has been the majority shareholder in the company through its subsidiary Comarch AG since 2008 and has held eighty percent of the shares since 2009 through the acquisition of blocks of shares.
Today, the company, together with Comarch AG, based in Dresden , forms the German-speaking presence of Comarch SA. Comarch Software and Consulting AG has locations in Berlin , Bremen , Dresden, Düsseldorf , Frankfurt am Main , Hamburg , Hanover , Munich and Münster .
Products
Comarch has specialized in the sale of complete IT solutions and services for medium-sized companies. The focus of activities is on solutions for enterprise resource planning , enterprise content management , electronic data exchange , customer relationship management , business intelligence and IT services, as well as data center services and consulting. The provider is increasingly relying on cloud computing and software as a service models.
