The Communauté d'agglomération du Plateau de Saclay (CAPS) is a former French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté d'agglomération in the department of Essonne in the region of Ile-de-France . It was founded on March 22, 2002 and comprised 11 parishes. The administrative seat was in the place Palaiseau .

The association of municipalities was merged with the Communauté d'agglomération Europ 'Essonne with effect from January 1, 2016 , forming the new Communauté Paris-Saclay .
