The Communauté de communes Seine Barse was a French community association with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the Département Aube in the Grand Est region . It was founded on June 27, 1954 and comprised 13 parishes. The administrative seat was in Lusigny-sur-Barse .
Historical development
On 1 January 2017, the Association of Municipalities of which was Communauté d'agglomération Grand Troyes and the Communauté de communes , His Melda Coteaux and Bouilly-Mogne-Aumont and the communities Bucey-en-Othe , Estissac , Fontvannes , Messon , Prugny and Vauchassis from of the Communauté de communes des Portes du Pays d'Othe merged to the Communauté d'agglomération Troyes Champagne Métropole .
