The Communauté de communes Seine Melda Coteaux was a French association of communes with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the Aube department in the Grand Est region . It was founded on December 7, 2007 and comprised 19 parishes. The administrative seat was in the place Saint-Lyé .
Historical development
On 1 January 2017, the Association of Municipalities of which was Communauté d'agglomération Grand Troyes and the Communauté de communes Bouilly-Mogne-Aumont and his Barse and the communities Bucey-en-Othe , Estissac , Fontvannes , Messon , Prugny and Vauchassis from the Communauté de communes des Portes du Pays d'Othe merged to form the Communauté d'agglomération Troyes Champagne Métropole .
