The Communauté de communes des Coteaux du Layon is a former French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the department of Maine-et-Loire in the region of Pays de la Loire . It was founded on December 20, 1994 and comprised seven parishes. The administrative seat was in Bellevigne-en-Layon .

Historical development

With effect from January 1, 2017, the community association merged

and so formed the successor organization Communauté de communes Loire Layon Aubance . At the same time, the municipalities of Chavagnes , Martigné-Briand and Notre-Dame-d'Allençon merged to form the Commune nouvelle Terranjou .
