Terranjou is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Brissac Loire Aubance in the north and northeast, Doué-en-Anjou in the east and southeast, Lys-Haut-Layon in the south, Aubigné-sur-Layon in the southwest and Bellevigne-en-Layon in the west.
