Cornillé-les-Caves is a French municipality with 470 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the department of Maine-et-Loire in the region of Pays de la Loire . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Angers and the Canton of Angers-6 (until 2015: Canton Seiches-sur-le-Loir ). The inhabitants are called Cornillois .

Cornillé-les-Caves is located about 22 kilometers east-northeast of Angers in the Baugeois landscape . Neighboring municipalities of Cornillé-les-Caves are Lué-en-Baugeois in the north and northeast, Mazé-Milon in the south and east, Loire-Authion in the west.

economy
The community is mainly agriculturally oriented. A major employer with over 250 employees is L. Tessier, which produces cheese from cow and goat milk.
