The Communauté de communes Anjou et Loir Sarthe is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the department of Maine-et-Loire in the region of Pays de la Loire . It was founded on November 29, 2016 and comprises 17 municipalities (as of January 1, 2019). The administrative headquarters are in Tiercé .

Historical development

The community association was created with effect from January 1, 2017 through the merger of the predecessor organizations

with the simultaneous formation of the Commune nouvelle Morannes-sur-Sarthe-Daumeray .

With effect from January 1, 2019, the former municipalities of Lézigné and Huillé became part of the Commune nouvelle Huillé-Lézigné . This reduced the number of member communities to 17.
