Cornelia Meixner (born May 8, 1976 in Vienna ) is an Austrian musical artist , actress and cabaret artist .

Life

Cornelia Meixner graduated from the Ödenburgerstrasse grammar school in Vienna in 1994. She then studied at the Pedagogical Academy in Strebersdorf (Vienna) and passed the teaching examination at elementary schools in 1997. From 2007 to 2010 she studied at the Conservatory for Drama, Dance and Singing with Luzia Nistler and Maya Hakvoort, among others . The stage maturity test before the parity commission took place in June 2009. From March 2010 she took additional singing lessons with Claudia Lackner and Tina Schöltzke and from July 2017 with Shlomit Butbul. In 2011, Meixner developed the “musical goes school” concept. Children and young people are given the opportunity to attend the dress rehearsal of their shows and plays free of charge or at a special price. In 2014 she initiated the festival “Showfrühling Langenzersdorf ” for the first time. One focus was the involvement of local associations and people in the production.

Cornelia Meixner is married, lives in Langenzersdorf near Vienna and has two sons and a daughter.
