Cosmo Jarvis (born September 1, 1989 in Ridgewood , New Jersey , real name Harrison Cosmo Krikoryan Jarvis ) is a British actor, filmmaker and singer-songwriter who can be mainly assigned to the genres of indie and alternative .

Life

Cosmo Jarvis is the son of an Armenian - American mother and a British father. He and his family moved to Devon (England) as a child . Jarvis began making music and making short films on VHS video cassettes when he was 12 years old. After leaving school at the age of 16, he released his first album Humasyouhitch / Sonofabitch at the age of 19 , a double album with a total of 21 tracks on the London independent label "Wall of Sound" on November 16, 2009. 2010 he played at the German festivals Hurricane and Southside .

His second album, Is the world strange or am I strange , was released in 2011 in Great Britain on the independent label "25th Frame", and in January 2012 in Germany. The first single Gay Pirates was released on January 23, 2011 in the UK. According to Twitter statements, Jarvis fans include British actors Stephen Fry and John Barrowman .

His last album was released in 2012, and since then he has concentrated primarily on acting and had various roles in films.
