Coulonces is a former French community with 712 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017), the Coulonçais , in the department of Calvados in the region of Normandy .

On January 1, 2016, Coulonces was incorporated into the new municipality of Vire Normandie as part of a regional reform together with seven neighboring municipalities .

Coulonces is about five kilometers from Vire , which it borders in a south-westerly direction. Saint-Lô is located about 33 kilometers north-northwest, Granville in the department of Manche about 54 kilometers west.
