Craig Wasson

Craig Wasson (born March 15, 1954 in Eugene , Oregon ) is an American actor .

Life and accomplishments

Wasson made his acting debut in New York City in 1972 , and moved to Los Angeles in 1975 . In 1977 he starred in the television series Phyllis . He played alongside Burt Lancaster in the war drama The Last Battle , and alongside Gary Busey and Jodie Foster in the drama Fair . He played the leading role in the film Four Friends , for which he was nominated for the Golden Globe as New Star of the Year . He played the leading role in the thriller Death Comes Twice by Brian De Palma , Melanie Griffith took on one of the supporting roles . Other leading roles followed, among others, in the comedy What a wonderful life and in the historical film A More Perfect Union: America Becomes a Nation .

In the 1990s Wasson played numerous roles in television series such as Walker, Texas Ranger , Star Trek: Deep Space Nine , The Practice and Seven Days - Das Tor zur Zeit .
