Cristián Bustos Mancilla (born October 6, 1965 in Santiago de Chile ) is a former triathlete from Chile .

Career

He started triathlon in 1984 and was mainly active on the long distance.

2nd place Ironman Hawaii 1992

The high point of his career was the runner-up world title in Hawaii in 1992.

Bustos subsequently achieved three victories in the Ironman distance (3.86 km swimming, 180.2 km cycling, 42.195 km running; 1989, 1993, 1998).

In 2006 he ended his active career.
