Czyże ( litauisch Čižai ; belarusian Чыжы Tschyschy ) is a Polish village Podlaskie in hajnówka county in the same rural community .
Located in Gmina Czyże, which has been officially bilingual since 2010 , is predominantly inhabited by Poles of Belarusian nationality and had 590 inhabitants in 2006. It is located 20 km east of Bielsk Podlaski and 12 km west of Hajnówka .
There are a number of indications of the importance of the Belarusian Orthodox Church in the place.
