Damon Paul (* 28. February 1985 in Böblingen as André Rohrmoser ) is a German DJ and music producer German-American descent from Stuttgart .

Musical career

André Rohrmoser began his musical career at the age of 14 when he took his first singing and piano lessons.

In 2003 he recorded his first music album as a solo artist in Rotterdam , which he a. a. produced with Roman Schönsee. In the summer of 2009, Damon Paul worked with rapper and hip-hop producer Fatman Scoop and produced the single Harmony . In the same year he performed live with the former DSDS candidate Vanessa Civiello at the YOU fair in Berlin in front of over 9,000 people, where he also presented his single Harmony .

After numerous appearances in German clubs, his songs also attracted attention abroad and performed in countries such as Italy , Spain and France , South Africa and Switzerland . In 2011 Paul released Loona's hit Bailando in a new version.

At the Berlinale on February 10, 2012 he appeared together with the singer Percival , who became famous through The Voice of Germany .

On June 1st, 2012 in Essen he sang the song Leave with the singer Patricia Banks and Mc Ambush at THE DOME 62 .

In 2013 the single Project Euro Mir was released . In September 2013, the Euro-Mir attraction in Europa-Park Rust served as the original location for the music video “Project Euro Mir”. The capsule outside the building was temporarily completely closed to visitors.

For the vehicle tuning fair Tuning World Bodensee in 2015, DJ Damon Paul reissued the event's official anthem of the same name. On the weekend of the fair, the tuning enthusiast DJ presented his remix live in Friedrichshafen.

Others

Paul produces his mix of electronic music in his own recording studio . Paul has worked as a remixer for The Black Eyed Peas , Usher , David Guetta , Afrojack , Loona and Shaggy . He is under contract with Armand Van Hero’s label AV8 Records .
