Dangeau is a village and a former commune with the last 920 inhabitants (2015) in the Eure-et-Loir in the region Center-Val de Loire . It belonged to the canton of Châteaudun and the arrondissement of Châteaudun .

With effect from January 1, 2018, the former municipalities of Bullou , Dangeau and Mézières-au-Perche were merged to form the Commune nouvelle Dangeau of the same name . In the new municipality, however, they were not granted the status of a Commune déléguée . The administrative headquarters are located in Dangeau.
