Daniel Dziwniel (born August 19, 1992 in Frankfurt am Main , Germany ) is a Polish soccer player .
Career
society
Daniel Dziwniel played at Eintracht Frankfurt until the U-17 . After he was only set up there three times in the 2008/09 season in the B-Jugend-Bundesliga Süd / Südwest and was not used at all, he switched to the Hessian neighbors of Kickers Offenbach during the season within the league . He was used eight times in the second half of the season, but ended up being relegated with the team. In his A-youth years, the full-back with Polish roots developed so successfully that after the end of the junior period in the 2011/12 season he was allowed to participate in the preparation of the professional team for the new season and was accepted into the extended squad.
When he did not get a place in the third division team at the beginning of the season , he was used several times in the U-23 in the Hessen League. However, when Stefan Hickl had to leave the field because of an injury on matchday 13 , Dziwniel came as a substitute in the 68th minute for his professional debut. At the next OFC home game, he was trusted from the start and played his first 90-minute game in the first team.
For the 2013/14 season , Dziwniel was obliged by the Polish first division club Ruch Chorzów due to the forced relegation of Offenbach . Here he was able to win a regular place immediately and in 1.5 years made 48 league games in which he scored 2 goals and made 6 appearances in the Europa League qualification . In January 2015 Daniel Dziwniel moved to Switzerland for FC St. Gallen , where he signed for 3.5 years. At the beginning of the 2015/16 season, Dziwniel tore his cruciate ligament and fell out for several months. After terminating the contract with FC St. Gallen, Daniel Dziwniel signed a 3-year contract with the Polish first division club Zagłębie Lubin for the 2016/17 season .
At the end of the 2018/19 season , Dziwniel's contract with Zagłębie was terminated.
National team
Dziwniel decided to run for the Polish Football Association. Between 2012 and 2014 he therefore played a total of 14 times for Poland's U-21 team .
