Daniel Sander

Daniel Sander (born September 4, 1939 or 1940 in Paris , † April 26, 2007 ) was a French choreographer , ballet dancer , actor and singer .

Life

Daniel Sander started his career at the age of 15 as a dancer in the ballet ensemble at the Paris Opera ; three years later he switched to the Grand Ballet Classic de France as a soloist . The French military called him to the Algerian war . In 1962 he went to the Living Theater . He toured Europe with great success with his own travesty ensemble, the Folies Parisiennes . In 1975 he came to Germany and played in the Cologne mustard pot . After an appearance at Bio's Bahnhof there was so much audience feedback that the Folies Parisiennes had to perform their Mireille Mathieu - Homage again in the following broadcast. In 1980 Sander founded the revue theater La vie en rose in Berlin . In Kassel (1982–1990) and Bonn (1991–2003) he was known for his travesty revue Oh Lala! known in the tradition of the Parisian Folies Bergères . He worked u. a. with Manfred Beilharz , Rainer Werner Fassbinder , Ingrid Caven , Federico Fellini , David Mouchtar-Samorai and Beat Fäh .
